Can you use still
pictures or images in the movie-editing mode?
Yes you can.
However, from the moment you place the picture/image file
on the storyboard it will be automatically converted to a
15seconds movie file. This new movie file will then be added
to your album as a new file.
How can I check
the content of the file that I have edited before saving it?
Click the "Preview mode"
button of the mode selector and then click the play button.
You will then be able to preview and check your edited content.
Before you can view your edited content at preview, ImageMixer
has to create an MPEG temp file. This process takes some time
in some cases.
When I click
the Play button to preview, a message appears saying "Creating
MPEG temp file". What does "Creating MPEG temp file"
mean?
Before preview can take place,
Imagemixer has to temporarily create a MPEG (movie) file.
This file is called "MPEG temp file."
How can I trim
(edit) files that are placed on the storyboard?
Double-click on the clip thumbnail of the file on the
storyboard and the movie editor window will appear.
In the movie editor window, you can use the play position
slider or the Play button to decide the in-point (the
starting point of your movie) and click once; then you
decide the out-point (the ending point of your movie)
and click once again.
After trimming your movie, you can then click OK to end
trimming and editing.
