What is a thumbnail?
A thumbnail is a small picture/image
that appears when you add a file to your album. The size,
name, saved location and other details about the pictures/images
are being categorized when added to the albums. A thumbnail
acts like a "shortcut" (in Windows machines) or
as an "Alias" in Macintosh machines.
What is the relationship
between the thumbnails and the original (saved) files?
A thumbnail shows the location
and details of the original file (called the original file
or source file or saved file.) A thumbnail is not the original
saved file.
Still picture files, movie files and sound files can all be
saved in your PC's hard disk as original files; the thumbnails

original files in a compact form to be used in the ImageMixer

(in Windows machines) or as an "Alias" in Macintosh
machines.

What happens
when I select "Create album with selected thumbnails"
option?
This function is useful when you
want to save searched results. A new album is created containing
only the thumbnails you have selected.
When I selected
the "Rename file" option, the name of the thumbnail
didn't change.
The 'rename file' option indicates
changing the name of the original file and not the name of
the thumbnail. When you select the "rename file"
option, and change the file name, only the name of the original
file has changed and not the name of the thumbnail. Thumbnails
are created at the import mode so it bears the same name with
the original file. However, ImageMixer handles and stores
the two names separately so it is not imperative that the
names have to be the same.
When you want to change or rename a thumbnail, please change
the "Title" of the information panel.

appear in full.

My printer doesnt
respond. Are there any fixed sizes to print images?
Usually, the model and settings
of the printer the user has, determins the process and limitations
of data transfer between the ImageMixer software and the printer.
If the printer cannot print certain sizes being set on the
Imagemixer printer settings, then the printer will not respond.

same picture in 4X6 images in one full page?
Printing in one full page of 4
x6 (4 colons and 6 rows) is possible when the pictures are
different. That is, if you have 16 pictures and you want to
print it out all in one page - 4 x 6. However, if you would
like to print one image or picture to cover the whole page
4 x 6, then the software could not respond to that request
on this version. The coming up version will probably include
that function.
